Yoga Classes in Sydney


This ancient form of physical, mental and spiritual exercise from India needs no introduction. It is practised just as widely in India as it is in the Western world. Considered one of the most balanced ways to attain a state of wellbeing, yoga not only enhances your body flexibility and strengthens your core muscles, but is also a great way to de-stress and take your mind off the daily chore of life.

Swastik holds regular yoga classes, conduced by experienced teachers and instructors, some of who learnt the art in ashrams in India. Extreme care is taken to gently initiate first-timers into this form of exercise, so as not to over-strain their body. Once a certain level of resilience is built, the students are encouraged to push themselves and attain a higher level of efficiency with more challenging asanas (postures).
